Closer

The first photo is of a broad-nosed pipefish, also know as tångsnälla or Syngnathus typhle. They are related to seahorses, and this one is probably pretty pregnant. In the background there's some banstickle, storspigg or Gasterosteus aculeatus.

Second photo is barnacle or havstulpan and bladderwrack, blåstång or Fucus vesiculosus.
